Francisco Escalante, Esq.
Frank focuses on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, operations, leasing, management development and financing. He graduated from Florida International University and then Cum-Laude from the Whittier College School of Law. A member of the Florida Bar since 1991, Frank has 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney. During this time he has worked in senior positions in some of the largest regional banks managing their real estate portfolios. His many years as an in-house bank attorney have also allowed him to develop deep relationships in the banking and real estate communities that he uses to benefit, and drive business to, his clients. When it comes to Florida banking and real estate, Frank has done just about everything, and he knows just about everyone.
Adam Yormack, Esq.
Adam focuses on corporate, commercial litigation, franchise and real estate law. He graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder and then St. Thomas School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Adam worked at Oppenheimer Funds and co-founded Bella AG (formerly Bella Health Systems “BHS”), which provided cutting edge technology solutions to the antiquated industry of dairy production. After selling his stake in BHS he began to purchase and rehab properties. During law school, Adam was editor of the International Human Rights Law Review, President of the Business Law Society, Student Organization of the Year under his tenure, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Vice President and coach of the International Mock Trial team (where they advanced the furthest in school history) and member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Today Adam is the Global Access Steering Committee chair for the American Jewish Committee and founding member of the Muslim Jewish Advisory Council of South Florida, a member of the Miami-Dade Bar Association and the Business and Litigation sections of the Florida Bar.
Aviv Hilo, Esq.
Aviv focuses on international business transactions, international litigations, raising foreign investment for Israeli businesses, managing multi-million dollar international arbitrations, mergers & acquisitions, startups, structuring and closing cross-border transactions. He graduated from Tel Aviv University School of Law, at Tel Aviv, Israel and then Fordham University School of Law. Aviv is admitted to both the Israeli Bar and New York Bar. Aviv Co-Founded Ariel Photonics Assembly, Ltd., an innovative designer and manufacturer of innovative laser-based electro-optical systems, modules and components for solid state and fiber laser systems in the rapidly growing worldwide markets. Currently, Aviv founded K-Lawyers.com, an online marketplace for lawyers, by lawyers, which enables law firms to outsource their work domestically, to thousands of U.S. licensed contract lawyers. Aviv now serves as Of-Counsel to Yormack & Associates, P.A. where he serves as a liaison for Israeli companies doing business in the United States.
Evan Berger, Esq.
Evan focuses on corporate structuring, private securities offerings, commercial transactions, management consulting and general counseling to businesses. In the past he has served as general counsel or chief management consultant to numerous companies, typically from their early stages, including appScatter PLC, Live Ultimate LLC, and MedSign International Corp. Evan has served as an executive in real estate and in investment banking, and brings this direct business experience together with his legal expertise to provide business-minded legal solutions and advice. A member of the New York Bar for more than 20 years, Evan obtained his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York, NY) and his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from The American University School of International Service (Washington, DC). Evan has served on the boards and committees of numerous academic and charitable institutions.
Julio M. Quadros
Julio boasts a strong background in financial analysis and operations coordination, and now focuses on financial analysis for Escalante Yormack Law. Raised in Bogotá, Colombia and then Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he now calls Miami home. He has lived, studied and worked in four different countries and fluently speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese. Julio attended the University of Miami where he later graduated with a degree in Economics and another in Political Science. Prior to his current position, Julio worked as a Financial Analyst at COLVENGAS and a Digital Media Analyst intern at Meltwater.
