Frank focuses on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, operations, leasing, management development and financing. He graduated from Florida International University and then Cum-Laude from the Whittier College School of Law. A member of the Florida Bar since 1991, Frank has 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney. During this time he has worked in senior positions in some of the largest regional banks managing their real estate portfolios. His many years as an in-house bank attorney have also allowed him to develop deep relationships in the banking and real estate communities that he uses to benefit, and drive business to, his clients. When it comes to Florida banking and real estate, Frank has done just about everything, and he knows just about everyone.
Adam Yormack, Esq.
Adam focuses on corporate, commercial litigation, franchise and real estate law. He graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder and then St. Thomas School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Adam worked at Oppenheimer Funds and co-founded Bella AG (formerly Bella Health Systems “BHS”), which provided cutting edge technology solutions to the antiquated industry of dairy production. After selling his stake in BHS he began to purchase and rehab properties. During law school, Adam was editor of the International Human Rights Law Review, President of the Business Law Society, Student Organization of the Year under his tenure, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Vice President and coach of the International Mock Trial team (where they advanced the furthest in school history) and member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Today Adam is the Global Access Steering Committee chair for the American Jewish Committee and founding member of the Muslim Jewish Advisory Council of South Florida, a member of the Miami-Dade Bar Association and the Business and Litigation sections of the Florida Bar.
Eric Irons, Esq.
Eric Irons was born and raised in the Detroit metropolitan area before moving to the New York Tri-State Area for high school, college and graduate school. He earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Georgetown University Law Center after obtaining a B.A. in law in Lakewood, New Jersey. Prior to attending law school, Eric spent several years in the healthcare and commercial mortgage industries. During law school, along with tutoring dozens of students for the LSAT exams after earning a near-perfect score on that exam (99.6th percentile), Eric gained experience through internships with the Securities Exchange Commission, or the S.E.C. and the United States District Court. Eric also worked as a law clerk at a real estate law firm in Washington D.C. Upon graduating law school and passing the New York State Bar Exam, Eric worked for Duval & Stachenfeld LLP. While at D&S, Eric was the lead associate on a host of 9 figure transactions, as a representative of the second largest sovereign wealth fund in the world, as well as a few of the top 20 private equity funds in the world. Since relocating to South Florida, Eric founded the Irons Law Group, P.A. which focused on real estate law, corporate law, civil litigation, and collections, prior to joining the team at EY Lawyers as a Partner. Eric is currently admitted to the bar in the State of Florida and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Broward Bar Association, Miami-Dade Bar Association and American Bar Associations.
Evan Berger, Esq.
Evan focuses on corporate structuring, private securities offerings, commercial transactions, management consulting and general counseling to businesses. In the past he has served as general counsel or chief management consultant to numerous companies, typically from their early stages, including appScatter PLC, Live Ultimate LLC, and MedSign International Corp. Evan has served as an executive in real estate and in investment banking, and brings this direct business experience together with his legal expertise to provide business-minded legal solutions and advice. A member of the New York Bar for more than 20 years, Evan obtained his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York, NY) and his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from The American University School of International Service (Washington, DC). Evan has served on the boards and committees of numerous academic and charitable institutions.
